Sanan Optoelectronics shareholder modifies stock pledge position

Sanan Optoelectronics (SSE:600703) announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Sanan Electronics Co., Ltd., has engaged in both share pledge and release activities. Sanan Electronics released 30,000,000 shares previously pledged to China Everbright Trust on April 10, 2025, while newly pledging 32,000,000 shares to Ping An Bank on April 14, 2025, to be used for production and operational needs. Following these transactions, Sanan Electronics holds 1,213,823,341 shares, representing 24.33% of Sanan Optoelectronics' total share capital, with 604,400,000 shares, or 49.79% of its holdings, currently pledged. Combined, Sanan Electronics and its parent, Sanan Group, hold 1,470,456,883 shares, or 29.47% of the total share capital, with a total of 732,600,000 shares, representing 49.82% of their combined holdings, being pledged.
