Sailun Group announces shareholder pledge and release

Sailun Group (SSE:601058) announced on April 17, 2025, a change in the shareholding status of its actual controller, Yuan Zhongxue, and related parties. Yuan Zhongxue, including parties acting in concert, controls 790,203,626 shares, representing 24.03% of Sailun's total share capital. Yuan Zhongxue has pledged an additional 55,600,000 shares (7.04% of his holdings, 1.69% of the total share capital), bringing his total pledged shares to 275,289,800, or 34.84% of his total holdings. Concurrently, Qingdao Yuming Investment Center, another party acting in concert with Yuan Zhongxue, released 54,000,000 pledged shares. The pledged shares are used for debt repayment and will not affect the company's control or governance.
