Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union (SSE:600010) announced the resignation of independent director Sun Hao, effective immediately upon notification to the board. The resignation is due to Sun Hao reaching the maximum term of six years for independent directors as stipulated by regulations and the company's articles of association.
