Antong Holdings AGM approves key proposals

At its 2024 Annual General Meeting, Antong Holdings (SSE:600179) secured shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions. Key approvals include the 2024 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 financial statements, the 2024 annual report and summary, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Specifically, the profit distribution plan passed with 98.6908% of the vote, though smaller investors showed slightly less support at 92.6021%. The proposed director and supervisor compensation packages also passed, with 98.7105% and 98.6942% approval respectively. Shareholders also approved a proposal regarding a guarantee limit for a wholly-owned subsidiary and the purchase of directors and officers liability insurance.
