Olympic Circuit Tech proposes $432m cash dividend

Olympic Circuit Technology (SSE:603920) has announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of CNY431.65 million, or CNY6.00 per 10 shares, to shareholders, according to its 2024 annual report. The proposed distribution represents 63.97% of the net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent. The decision, pending shareholder approval, reflects the company's commitment to returning value, while strategically investing in growth sectors like AI, low-altitude economy and robotics.
