Minmetals Capital to redeem and delist "Wu Zi You 3" shares

Minmetals Capital Company announced it will redeem all 50 million "Wu Zi You 3" preferred shares, which were initially issued on April 19, 2023. The shares, traded under the code 360044, will have their last trading day on April 17, 2025, and will be suspended from trading starting April 18, 2025. The redemption registration date is April 18, 2025, with a redemption payment date of April 21, 2025, alongside the share delisting. The redemption price will be set at CNY100 per share, plus any outstanding dividends from April 19, 2024, to April 18, 2025. The move follows shareholder approval from August 15, 2022.
