Cosco Shipping Holdings repurchases shares on SSE

COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. (SSE:601919) announced that it repurchased 4,080,000 of its A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 15, 2025. The repurchases were made through trading on the exchange, with prices ranging from RMB14.09 to RMB14.25 per share. The total consideration paid for the repurchased shares was RMB57,862,699.
