CCCC Design: Restricted shares to be listed on April 21

CCCC Design Consulting Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600720) announced that 232,887,084 restricted shares will be listed and available for trading on April 21, 2025. The shares were issued through a private placement to specific investors to raise supporting funds for a major asset replacement and acquisition. The issuance was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in October 2023 (Approval No. [2023]2407). The shares were offered to nine specific investors, including National Adjustment Second Phase Collaborative Development Fund and Nordea Fund Management Co.
