China XD Electric proposes CNY 112.77m annual profit distribution

China XD Electric (SSE:601179) has announced its 2024 annual profit distribution plan, proposing a cash dividend of $CNY 0.022 per share (inclusive of tax), totaling $CNY 112,769,411.75 (inclusive of tax), based on the total share capital registered on the equity registration date. This plan is subject to approval at the upcoming shareholders' meeting. In 2024, China XD had three other dividend distributions, including a $CNY 0.035 per share interim dividend ($CNY 179,405,882.32 total) and a $CNY 0.026 per share third-quarter dividend ($CNY 133,272,941.15 total). Total dividends for the year including the third-quarter distributions amounts to $CNY 425,448,235.22 which is approximately 40.36% of the net profit attributable to shareholders for 2024. The announcement clarified that the specific details of the equity distribution will be disclosed in a separate implementation announcement and that, should changes in total share capital occur before the equity registration date, the distribution per share will be adjusted accordingly while maintaining the total dividend amount.
