Songyang Resources: Shareholder Wang pledges shares

Guangdong Songyang Recycling Resources Co., Ltd. (SSE:603863) announced that controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Zhuangpeng pledged 5,500,000 shares but simultaneously released the pledge on 5,500,000 shares on April 9, 2025. After this change, Wang holds 42,730,500 shares, representing 20.88% of the company's total share capital. The cumulative number of shares pledged by Wang is 32,860,000, accounting for 60.56% of his holdings. Together with his concerted persons, Wang holds 61,521,500 shares, or 30.06% of the total share capital, with cumulative pledged shares totaling 48,860,000. Upcoming pledges that have to be completed over the next 6 months amount to 31,860,000 shares, representing a total value of CNY 139.8 million, or 51.79% of all shares pledged. The funds are for replenishing liquidity. The company stated this pledge will not lead to change in actual control.
