Juneyao Airlines' controlling shareholder releases and pledges shares

Junyeo Airlines (SSE:603885) announced that its controlling shareholder, Junyao Group, released 1,430 ten thousand shares and pledged 1,430 ten thousand shares of the company on April 10th, 2025. Following these transactions, Junyao Group holds 1,020,862,080 shares, representing 46.42% of the total share capital, of which 813,250,000 shares, accounting for 79.66% of its holdings and 36.98% of the total share capital, are pledged. The pledge is to provide guarantee for Junyao Group's debt.
