Great Shengda completes acquisition of Sichuan Zhongfei equity

Zhejiang Great Shengda Packaging (SSE:603687) announced the completion of the acquisition of a 20% equity stake in its subsidiary, Sichuan Dashengda Zhongfei Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., from Jiangsu Zhongcai New Material Co., Ltd., for CNY 10.368 million. With this acquisition, Great Shengda now holds 80% ownership of Sichuan Zhongfei, while Jiangsu Zhongcai retains the remaining 20%. Sichuan Zhongfei has completed related industrial and commercial change registration procedures and filing procedures for the Articles of Association and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Jiangyang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Luzhou City.
