VV Food shareholder Otsuka Investment trims stake below 5%

VV Food & Beverage (SSE:600300) announced that shareholder Otsuka (China) Investment has decreased its stake in the company below 5%. Between April 8 and April 10, 2025, Otsuka Investment sold a total of 23,874,400 shares through block trades, representing 1.476333% of VV Food’s total share capital. As a result, Otsuka Investment's holdings have fallen from 104,731,478 shares (6.476331%) to 80,857,078 shares, now representing 4.999998% of the total share capital. The company clarified that this change in shareholding will not affect the controlling shareholder or actual controller of VV Food.
