Cosco Shipping Holdings repurchases shares on SSE

COSCO SHIPPING Holdings announced that it executed another buyback of its A-shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, purchasing 3,030,000 shares at prices ranging from RMB 13.75 to RMB 14.14 per share, incurring a total cost of RMB 42,281,739. This follows a previous buyback of 2,657,600 shares on April 9, 2025. The company affirmed that the buyback was conducted in compliance with listing rules and that information previously submitted to the exchange remains unchanged.
