China CITIC Bank board approves capital measurement application

China CITIC Bank (SSE:601998) announced the resolutions passed at its board meeting held on April 10, 2025. The board unanimously approved a proposal concerning supplementary materials for the bank's application of the advanced capital measurement approach. All eight directors participated and voted in favor of the resolution.
