Northern Rare Earth announces Q2 2025 concentrate prices

China Northern Rare Earth Group High-Tech (SSE:600111) announced the rare earth concentrate trading prices for the second quarter of 2025, following approval at the company's 6th General Manager's Office meeting. The adjusted price is CNY 18,825 per tonne (dry weight, REO=50%) before tax. The price will increase or decrease by CNY 376.50 per tonne for each 1% increase or decrease in REO content, excluding tax. This adjustment is based on the rare earth concentrate pricing method and the first quarter rare earth oxide prices. The announcement references resolutions passed at the company’s eighth board meetings and the 2023 shareholders meeting regarding rare earth concentrate-related transactions with Inner Mongolia Baogang Steel Union Co., Ltd.
