Jiangxi Copper's controlling shareholder increases stake

Jiangxi Copper Company (SSE:600362) announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangxi Copper Group, has increased its stake in the company by acquiring 36,863,000 H shares between December 12, 2024, and today. This represents approximately 1.06% of the company's issued shares (2.66% of issued H shares). The total amount of this increase is approximately CNY 439,002,295.10 (excluding commissions and taxes), and completes only part of a previously announced increase plan. Following the increase, Jiangxi Copper Group now holds 1,550,799,110 shares of the company, representing 44.79% of the total issued shares. Jiangxi Copper Group may continue to increase its shareholding in the future.
