Shanghai Pharmaceuticals appoints new VP and CFO

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding (SSE:601607) announced the appointment of Zhou Yadong as its new Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 8, 2025. The decision was approved during the company’s eighth board of directors' 21st meeting. Zhou Yadong’s term will align with the current eighth board. The outgoing CFO, Shen Bo, will no longer hold the position. Zhou Yadong's previous roles include Executive Director at Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group, and positions at Shanghai Industrial Holdings and Shanghai Expressway Development Co.
