China Pacific Insurance director Cai Qiang resigns

China Pacific Insurance Group (SSE:601601) announced the resignation of Cai Qiang from his position as a non-executive director. According to the company's announcement, the resignation, tendered to the board of directors, is due to work-related reasons. In addition to his role as a non-executive director, Cai Qiang also relinquished his responsibilities as a member of the Strategy and Investment Decision Committee and the ESG Committee. The resignation took effect on April 6, 2025. China Pacific Insurance confirmed that there were no disagreements with Cai Qiang regarding his resignation, and no matters requiring notification to the company's shareholders or creditors.
