China CITIC Bank reports share movements for March 2025

China CITIC Bank Corp (SSE:601998) has released its monthly report on movements in securities for the month ending March 31, 2025. The report details changes in the bank’s share capital, noting that its statutory/registered share capital consists of H shares valued at RMB14,882,162,977 and A shares at RMB40,762,999,287. The number of issued A shares increased by 8,300,145 during March due to the conversion of RMB denominated convertible bonds, whereas H shares and domestic preference shares remained stable. The total registered capital of the bank at the end of March was RMB90,645,162,264, which excludes domestic preference shares.
