Youngor Group increases stake in Youngor Fashion

Youngor Fashion Co., Ltd. [SSE:600177] announced that its controlling shareholder, Youngor Group Co., Ltd., and its parties acting in concert, have increased their stake in the company, triggering a disclosure requirement due to the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%. Between March 5, 2025 and April 7, 2025, Youngor Group acquired 49,500,297 shares through centralized competitive bidding, increasing its stake from 37.28% to 38.35%. Consequently, the combined holdings of Youngor Group and its concerted parties (Youngor Group Co., Ltd, Li Rucheng, and Li Hanqiong) rose by the same amount, reaching a total of 1,947,078,824 shares, representing 42.11% of the company’s total shares. This move is part of a previously disclosed plan for Youngor Group to increase its holdings. The announcement emphasizes that this change does not affect the actual controller of the company.
