Bank of Beijing schedules shareholder meeting, announces board nominees

Bank of Beijing (SSE:601169) has scheduled its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for April 16, 2025. The meeting will address the election of Dai Wei as a director and Wang Xuesong as an independent director. According to a company statement, both individuals' qualifications are still subject to regulatory approval. The meeting will allow for both on-site and online voting via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's platform, with specific time windows allocated for each method.
