Tianma Tech controlling shareholder reduces share pledge

Fujian Tianma Science & Technology Group (SSE:603668) announced that Chen Qing Tang, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and president, has提前解除质押部分股份。Following the release of 8,894,930 shares previously pledged to Haitong Securities on April 2, 2025, Chen Qing Tang's total pledged shares stand at 48,105,070, representing 49.93% of his holdings and 9.58% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Chen Qing Tang and his parties acting in concert collectively hold 161,783,064 shares, or 32.21% of the total share capital, with 63,183,342 shares, representing 39.05% of his holdings and 12.58% of the company’s total share capital being pledged.
