Tiandi Technology subsidiary listing supervision concludes positively

CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. has completed its continuous supervisory review of Tiandi Technology's spin-off and subsequent listing of its subsidiary, Beijing Tianma Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianma Intelligent Control), on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Science and Technology Innovation Board (SSE:688573). The review, conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines, concluded that Tianma Intelligent Control maintains independent operations and that the spin-off has not negatively impacted Tiandi Technology (SSE:600582).
