Shanxi Lu'an Huanneng announces change of signing accountants

Shanxi Lu'an Environmental Energy Development Co., Ltd. (SSE:601699) announced on April 4, 2025, a change in the signing certified public accountant for its 2024 internal control audit. While Xin Yongzhonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was re-engaged as the internal control audit firm for 2024 at the board meeting on April 19, 2024, a change in personnel has occurred. Originally, Ms. Yin Wei and Mr. Zhu Chunhui were assigned as signing certified public accountants. Due to work arrangements within Xin Yongzhonghe, Mr. Zhu Chunhui will no longer serve in this role.
