Shanghai Electric elects Wang Chenghao as employee director

Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. announced that Wang Chenghao has been elected as the employee director of the company's fifth board of directors, effective immediately following the third session of the first joint meeting of the company's employee representative assembly. Wang Chenghao, aged 55, currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company, as well as the Chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Union and the President of Shanghai Electric Li Bin Technician College. His term will align with the duration of the fifth board of directors. The announcement was made on April 3, 2025.
