KingMed Diagnostics: Controlling shareholder pledges shares

Guangzhou KingMed Diagnostics Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:603882) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Liang Yaoming, pledged 7,000,000 shares, representing 9.43% of his direct holdings and 1.51% of the company's total share capital. Following this pledge, the cumulative pledged shares by Mr. Liang and his associates total 38,130,000, accounting for 23.11% of their total holdings in the company and 8.23% of the total share capital. The pledge, which started on April 2, 2025, and will mature on April 2, 2027, is in favor of China Securities. The funds raised will be used to repay existing debts.
