Tiandi Technology proposes CNY1.31bn dividend for 2024

Tiandi Technology (SSE:600582) has proposed a cash dividend of CNY 1.31 billion for the fiscal year 2024, representing CNY 3.17 per 10 shares, according to materials released for its upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for April 18, 2025. If approved, the dividend payout will represent 50.04% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company. The company reported assets of CNY 57.26 billion, an increase of 7.6% year-over-year, with a net profit of CNY 3.45 billion, a rise of 8.4% compared to the previous year. The agenda for the meeting includes the review of the 2024 board and supervisory committee reports, financial statements, and the re-appointment of the accounting firm, Li Xin. Shareholders will also vote on director and supervisor compensation plans.
