Sichuan Chuantou Energy: Shareholder change advances

Sichuan Chuantou Energy (SSE:600674) announced advancements in the transfer of equity holdings related to its controlling shareholder. Sichuan Energy Development Group is set to inherit the shares held directly and indirectly by Sichuan Investment Group, becoming the new controlling shareholder, while the actual controller remains the Sichuan Provincial Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the disclosure date, the transfer of 2,401,149,487 shares held directly by Sichuan Investment Group has not yet been completed with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
