Ordos Resources shareholder increases stake in B-shares

Inner Mongolia Ordos Resources Co., Ltd. (SSE:600295) announced that its controlling shareholder, Inner Mongolia Erdos Cashmere Group, and its concerted entity, Ordos Asset Management (Hong Kong), have made progress in their plan to increase the company’s B-share holdings. From the start of the plan on July 5, 2024, through April 3, 2025, Ordos Asset Management (Hong Kong) and other aligned parties have cumulatively increased their net holdings of the company's B-shares by 9,198,694 shares. This excludes a reduction of shares from a related party, accounting for 0.3287% of the company's issued shares. The net increase amounts to USD 791,970,000. The entities plan to continue increasing their holdings, with a total investment ranging from USD 30,000,000 to USD 35,000,000. Following the recent activity, the Erdos Group and its aligned entities now hold 72% of the company's shares, totaling 2,015,118,995 shares.
