GAC Group continues share repurchase amid production, sales update

Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC Group) [SSE:601238] announced it did not repurchase any company shares in March 2025, even as it disclosed its production and sales figures for the same month. As of March 31, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 298,763,450 shares, representing 2.93% of its total share capital. This includes 13,511,450 A-shares repurchased at prices between CNY 7.10 and CNY 7.82 per share, totaling CNY 100,989,274.90 (excluding transaction costs). Additionally, 285,252,000 H-shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 2.29 and HKD 3.72 per share, totaling HKD 858,623,140 (excluding transaction costs).
