Fosun Pharma: Shareholder releases pledge on 27m shares

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group (SSE:600196) announced that its controlling shareholder, Fosun High Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., has released a pledge on 27 million A shares of the company. This represents 2.81% of Fosun High Technology's holdings and 1.01% of Fosun Pharma's total share capital. Following the release, Fosun High Technology still holds 961,424,455 shares in Fosun Pharma, accounting for 35.99% of the total share capital, with 681,300,000 shares remaining pledged, representing 25.50% of the total share capital. The total pledged shares held by Fosun High Technology and its concert parties account for 70.40% of the total shares held by them. The release took effect on April 1, 2025. Fosun High Technology intends to use these shares for future pledge arrangements.
