Bohai Ferry Group (SSE:603167) has issued a special statement regarding fund usage by its controlling shareholder, Liaoyu Group, and its subsidiary Weihai Changtong Shipping Supplies. The total amount of funds occupied by related parties as of December 31, 2024, reached CNY92.02 million. The occupation is due to Weihai Changtong Shipping Supplies being a shareholder of a Bohai Ferry subsidiary, with funds used to repay outstanding payments.
