** Beijing Tong Ren Tang (SSE:600085) announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of CNY685.74 million, or CNY 0.50 per share, for fiscal year 2024. This comes despite a reported 8.54% year-over-year decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders, which totaled CNY1.53 billion for the year. However, when combining the dividend with the CNY 685.74 million interim dividend paid in October 2024, the total cash distribution for the year reaches CNY 1.37 billion, representing a payout ratio of 89.86% of net profit.
