Agricultural Bank of China reports stable share structure in March 2025

The Agricultural Bank of China (SSE:601288) today released its monthly report on securities changes, detailing the status of its share capital as of March 31, 2025. The report indicates that the bank's ordinary share capital remains stable with 30,738,823,096 H shares and 319,244,210,777 A shares. Both classes of shares retained their respective values of RMB1 per share. The total legal/registered share capital at the end of the month stood at RMB349,983,033,873. No changes were reported in the number of issued shares or shares held as treasury stock for either H shares or A shares during the month. The number of issued preference shares also remained stable with 400,000,000 shares, the bank indicated.
