Runda Medical announces convertible bond conversion results

Shanghai Runda Medical Technology (SSE:603108) announced the results of its convertible bond conversion, revealing that as of March 31, 2025, a total of CNY 315,475,000 worth of "Runda Convertible Bonds" have been converted into company stock, representing 57.3591% of the total bonds issued. This conversion resulted in 24,116,346 new shares, accounting for 4.1613% of the company's total share capital before the conversion. The remaining unconverted "Runda Convertible Bonds" amount to CNY 234,525,000, or 42.6409% of the total issuance. During the first quarter of 2025 (January 1 to March 31), CNY 132,000 worth of bonds were converted into 10,146 shares. Consequently, the total number of unrestricted shares increased to 603,650,425.
