Jinko Power: Convertible bond conversion update

As of March 31, 2025, a total of 704,161,000 RMB of Jinko Power Technology's "Jinko Convertible Bonds" have been converted into 128,968,918 shares, representing 4.66% of the company's pre-conversion share capital. During the period from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, an additional 5,000 RMB of bonds were converted, resulting in 951 new shares. The current conversion price is RMB 5.24 per share. As of the end of the quarter, the remaining unconverted "Jinko Convertible Bonds" amount to RMB 2,295,837,000, which is 76.53% of the total bonds issued. The total number of Jinko Power's shares has increased to 3,570,971,968.
