Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. has disclosed that it has cumulatively received government subsidies related to income, totaling CNY 36,178,400.00 from the beginning of 2025. Of this amount, CNY 16,178,400.00 was received on February 20, 2025, and CNY 20,000,000.00 was received on March 31, 2025. The subsidies, classified as income-related, account for 18.09% of the company's audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in 2023. According to accounting standards, these subsidies will be recognized as income-related government grants and are expected to have a positive impact on the company's 2025 profit. Dongfeng Automobile cautions investors that the ultimate impact on current year profits will be subject to the auditor's final confirmation during the annual audit.
