** China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) has concluded its continuous supervisory duties as the sponsoring institution for China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited's 2022 private placement of A-shares. The placement, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) under document 证监许可[2022]2995号, involved the issuance of 3,416,856,492 shares at a price of CNY 4.39 per share. This raised a total of CNY 14,999,999,999.88 before deducting issuance expenses of CNY 32,759,244.31. The net proceeds amounted to CNY 14,967,240,755.57. CICC affirmed that China Eastern Airlines adhered to regulations and maintained accurate and transparent information disclosure throughout the supervisory period, concluding on December 31, 2024. CICC confirms funds were used as specified and that the company had strong internal controls.
