Bank of Nanjing announces convertible bond conversion results

Bank of Nanjing (SSE:601009) announced the results of its convertible bond conversion as of March 31, 2025. A total of 1,067,974,781 shares of the company's A-shares have been converted from CNY9,524,480,000 worth of "Nanjing Bank Convertible Bonds," representing 10.6723% of the total A-shares issued before the conversion. During the quarter from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, 7,406,270 shares were converted from CNY60,880,000 worth of bonds. As of the end of the quarter, the remaining outstanding amount of "Nanjing Bank Convertible Bonds" yet to be converted stands at CNY10,475,520,000, accounting for 52.3776% of the total issued. The bank's total share capital has increased to 11,074,991,754 shares following the conversions.
