Industrial bank announces convertible bond conversion results

Industrial Bank (SSE:601166) announced the results of its convertible bond conversion and related share changes. As of March 31, 2025, a cumulative total of CNY2,919,000 of "Xingye Convertible Bonds" have been converted into the company's A-shares, resulting in an increase of 120,516 shares. This represents approximately 0.00058% of the total share capital before the conversion. For the period between January 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025, CNY71,000 of convertible bonds were converted, leading to the issuance of 3,161 new A-shares. The remaining outstanding convertible bonds amount to CNY49,997,081,000, accounting for 99.99416% of the total issued convertible bonds. Industrial Bank's total share capital now stands at 20,774,311,267 shares. The convertible bonds, listed as "Xingye Convertible Bonds," are convertible into A-shares at a current price of CNY22.25 per share.
