Huayou Cobalt announces convertible bond conversion results

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SSE:603799) has announced the results of its convertible bond conversion, revealing that a total of CNY 2,120,000 of "Huayou Convertible Bonds" have been converted into company shares as of March 31, 2025. Specifically, CNY 2,112,000 was converted to shares, and CNY 8,000 was repurchased. The cumulative number of shares converted reached 36,458, representing 0.00228% of the company's total share capital before the conversion. As of the same date, the remaining unconverted "Huayou Convertible Bonds" amounted to CNY 7,597,880,000, accounting for 99.97211% of the total issuance. During the period from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, CNY 606,000 of "Huayou Convertible Bonds" were converted into 17,343 company shares.
