Hainan Rubber receives insurance payouts for income and property losses

China Hainan Rubber Industry Group (SSE:601118) announced it has received insurance payouts related to its rubber income insurance and property insurance policies. The company received CNY75,527,998.71 due to income losses caused by continuous rainy weather in May 2024 and CNY3,993,970.75 as compensation for fluctuations in rubber prices during August 2024. Furthermore, the company received CNY7,894,640.28, representing the remaining balance after deducting previous payments, related to income losses caused by Typhoon “Magi” in September 2024. The company also received CNY5,043,136.52 for property damages incurred due to Typhoon "Magi," categorized under the "non-operating income" section. The company stated that accounting treatment is subject to final audit confirmation.
