China Southern Airlines announces convertible bond conversion results

China Southern Airlines today announced the results of its convertible bond conversion and related share changes. As of March 31, 2025, a total of CNY 10,103,740,000 of "Southern Airlines Convertible Bonds" have been converted into 1,619,189,273 A-shares, representing approximately 10.56% of the company's total share capital before the conversion. During the period from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, CNY 25,000 worth of convertible bonds were converted into 4,051 shares. The remaining outstanding convertible bonds yet to be converted amount to CNY 5,896,260,000, representing approximately 36.85% of the total issued convertible bonds. China Southern Airlines current conversion price is CNY 6.17/share.
