Zhongnongfa Seed completes sale of idle property

Zhongnongfa Seed Industry Group (SSE:600313) announced the completion of the public listing and sale of its idle property located in Changping District, Beijing. The property, a comprehensive office building, was sold to Ruichi Development (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd. The transaction, which does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring, was executed through a public listing on the Beijing Property Exchange. The final transaction price was CNY 2,570.40 million. The company has completed the property transfer registration procedures. Zhongnongfa Seed expects the sale to positively impact its financial performance and operational efficiency, with the specific financial impact to be reflected in the annual audit.
