Runda Medical's joint venture investment fund completes filing

Shanghai Runda Medical Technology (SSE:603108) announced that the Fuzhou New Investment Zhikai Ruikang Venture Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), in which it participates, has completed its filing with the Asset Management Association of China on March 21, 2025. The fund's manager is Shanghai Zhikai Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is Bank of China Co., Ltd. Runda Medical committed CNY 26.8 million, representing 20% of the fund’s total subscribed capital of CNY 134 million. The company stated that it will continue to monitor the fund's progress and fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
