Orient Securities proposes CNY 1.00 per share dividend for 2024

Orient Securities Company will ask shareholders to approve a CNY 1.00 dividend per share based on the registered share capital as of the record date at its annual meeting, according to its 2024 annual report, recently released. The proposed dividend payout represents 25.26% of the group's net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company, bringing the total dividend for the year to CNY 1.48 billion.
