Juneyao Airlines' controlling shareholder partially releases and pledges shares

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines (SSE:603885) announced that its controlling shareholder, Juneyao Group, has released 4.85 million shares and pledged an additional 4.85 million shares of the company. Following these transactions, Juneyao Group holds 1,020,862,080 shares, representing 46.42% of Juneyao Airlines' total shares. The cumulative pledged shares amount to 813.25 million, accounting for 79.66% of Juneyao Group’s holdings and 36.98% of Juneyao Airlines’ total share capital. Additionally, Juneyao Investment pledged 2.75 million shares, representing 76.25% of their holdings. Juneyao Group's pledges primarily serve as credit guarantees for its operations, with manageable risks and sufficient repayment capabilities. The company stated that these transactions will not impact Juneyao Airlines' operations, governance, or financial stability.
