Hoshine Silicon: Shareholder completes planned stake reduction

Hoshine Silicon Industry (SSE:603260) announced that shareholder Fuda Industrial has completed its previously disclosed share reduction plan. During the period spanning December 30, 2024, to March 28, 2025, Fuda Industrial reduced its stake in Hoshine Silicon by 16,857,700 shares through block trades, representing 1.43% of the company's total share capital. The shares were sold at prices ranging from CNY 49.32 to CNY 51.43 per share, generating total proceeds of CNY 845,822,564.00. Following the reduction, Fuda Industrial now holds 27,070,548 shares, equivalent to 2.29% of Hoshine Silicon's total share capital. The initial plan stated a reduction to not exceed 2% of the company's shares. The company confirms the reduction plan has been completed and aligns with prior disclosures.
