Chifeng Gold subsidiary secures mining permit

Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining (SSE:600988) announced today that its holding subsidiary, Eryuan Jintai Mining Development Co., Ltd., has received a mining license from the Department of Natural Resources of Yunnan Province. The license covers the Xidengping gold mine located in Yangtianwan, Xinzhuang Village, Lianhe Township, Eryuan County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Eryuan Jintai Mining is registered as a limited liability company. The permit is valid for ten years, commencing March 7, 2025, and expiring March 6, 2035. The mine will operate as an open-pit mine, extracting gold and silver, with a production capacity of 600,000 tonnes per year across an area of 1.1417 square kilometers. The mining depth ranges from 2200 meters to 2000 meters above sea level, delineated by 26 coordinate points. This license is a conversion from an existing exploration permit, securing Chifeng Gold's resource capabilities.
